The storm caused extreme ice accumulation, leading to the failure of thousands of utility poles. A replacement effort of this scale could typically span several months. But the urgency of restoring power and communications demanded a faster solution.

Deployed Crews On Site
We deployed 18 expert crews across the hardest-hit zones the very same day we were dispatched. We established a site specific safety plan to ensure our commitment to safety was held to the highest of standards and completed the work accident and injury free.
Fiber Splicing
Provided full-service support including fiber splicing, testing, and onsite management.
Management & Coordination
Coordinated with local unions, local contractors, local utilities and municipalities to prioritize restoration of critical services. Maintained 24/7 project management and technical support throughout the recovery phase.
Results & Benefits: What was expected to take months was accomplished in just a few weeks. Thousands of poles were replaced, and vital broadband and power infrastructure was restored.
