Through careful planning and attention to detail, Devon helps create a safer experience for employees wherever work takes them.

Justin received multiple nominations for identifying a rattlesnake within a jobsite work area and preventing a potential snake bite injury to another employee. This incident exemplifies the vigilance and proactive safety mindset we strive to maintain in the field. Justin’s actions not only protected a coworker from harm but also reinforced the importance of staying alert to hazards, recognizing risks before incidents occur, and looking out for one another on every jobsite.
