Finding the Right People to Support Our Clients
CCI Systems has developed a robust network of subcontractors that we’re working to expand every day to better support our clients in the field and behind the scenes. We use a proprietary in-house screening process to ensure every subcontractor on our roster meets our rigorous criteria for experience, training, certification, and skills.
To qualify for our subcontractor program, you must:
- Be a licensed company with multiple employees
- Have 3 years of experience in your field
- Be able to quickly adapt to new work environments and situations
- Share all appropriate certifications and licenses (when applicable)
- Demonstrate a willingness to dive in and take ownership
- Maintain clear communication with other team members
