Diagnostic & Provisioning Services

If you want to cost-effectively monitor and service your customers with a scalable, secure, fully-integrated solution that ensures maximum network uptime and lower operating expenses, then CCI is a smart choice.  CCI Systems offers a wide range of diagnostic and provisioning services that make it easy and affordable for any size network operator to offer competitive services and world-class customer care and support.

Network Monitoring and Diagnostics

CCI will monitor network statistics on a 24x7x365 basis. CCI’s custom assembled and developed tool kit captures ping response times, bandwidth utilization, equipment CPU utilization, and other statistics available from equipment with remote monitoring capabilities. CCI will receive notifications if the monitored values exceed pre-defined thresholds. In many cases, CCI’s proactive monitoring services can detect problems before they become noticeable to your users.

If a problem is found through monitoring, CCI’s experienced engineers will investigate the problem and fix the issue if possible, notify the appropriate individuals of equipment failure. CCI has the unique ability to draw on the experience of multiple engineers that have years of experience in both field work and networking. It allows for a fast and appropriate response to potential problems, reducing customer outages or down-time. The fast diagnosis provided by our experienced, certified staff provides your customer with a positive user experience.

Customer Management and Service Provisioning

CCI will manage customer additions, changes, and removals within the management software. For each change that a subscriber needs (activation, deactivation, seasonal suspend, package upgrade/ downgrade), a work order will be sent to CCI via fax or email. A CCI technician will receive the work order, make the change, and return the completed work order with comments and notes.

CCI’s Customer Management and Provisioning services will allow your front desk employees to concentrate on billing, customer service, marketing, and other business related tasks while CCI relieves them of the burden of managing the complex technical aspects of running a cable modem system.

Enterprise Call Logging

CCI’s custom call logging database captures every interaction between our call center technicians and your customers. Each call is recorded and a complete problem description with the solution is entered into the application.
