CCI will monitor network statistics on a 24x7x365 basis. CCI’s custom assembled and developed tool kit captures ping response times, bandwidth utilization, equipment CPU utilization, and other statistics available from equipment with remote monitoring capabilities. CCI will receive notifications if the monitored values exceed pre-defined thresholds. In many cases, CCI’s proactive monitoring services can detect problems before they become noticeable to your users.
If a problem is found through monitoring, CCI’s experienced engineers will investigate the problem and fix the issue if possible, notify the appropriate individuals of equipment failure.
