IRON MOUNTAIN, Mich.- Network solutions provider, CCI Systems, has announced that Sally (Pearson) Heidtke has been named the new Director of Organizational Development.

Heidtke’s experience encompasses 30 years of knowledge and experience in developing and implementing systems, handling technical challenges and integrating corporate culture throughout large organizations. In this role, Heidtke will develop and implement short and long term strategies regarding people systems, compensation, benefits and recruiting consistent with the CCI values and mission.
“I will help provide a framework to support employees so that they can contribute at their maximum potential. This is especially important in times of growth, which CCI is experiencing,” noted Heidtke.
Prior to CCI Systems, Heidtke served as Brand Operations Manager for Procter & Gamble. Most recently, she was the Vice President of Human Resources at US Special Delivery.
Heidtke holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Michigan Technological College. She currently resides, with husband Dean, in Breitung Township.
