CCI Promotes Joe Smith to Vice President of Networks Business Development
IRON MOUNTAIN, Mich. – 25 June 2010 — CCI is proud to announce the promotion of Joe Smith to Vice President of Networks Business Development.
As Vice President of Networks Business Development, Smith will oversee the performance and development of the Networks Business Unit. He will manage the provision of technology solutions to video, voice and data service providers throughout the country. Smith will concentrate on building relationships with customers and partners by developing and articulating optimum solutions for their business needs. In addition to these new responsibilities, he will continue to lead marketing activities and channel management on a corporate basis and is a part of the executive team contributing to leadership development and strategic planning.

Smith has been with CCI Systems for more than 14 years. He has previously served as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, Vice President of Network Operations, Director of Networks Division, Project Administrator and Operations Administrator. He worked his way up from Regional Sales Representative to his present position, gaining the knowledge to keep CCI on the cutting edge of competitive information such as product, pricing, customer satisfaction and public relations.
Smith graduated in 1994 from Marquette University, in Milwaukee, Wis., from the College of Communication with a Broadcast and Electronic Communications Major. Smith resides in Kingsford, Mich., with his children Nick, Lauren, and Zach.
