Job Description – Integrated Solutions Specialist 1/12/2010
Reports to: Marketing
Interface with: Divisional Vice Presidents, outside sales staff, customers, and administrative staff, and CCI divisional staff in meeting goals and objectives of CCI sales forecast.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Have a strong working knowledge of SalesForce.com
- Have a strong understanding of CCI Systems lead generation, lead nurturing and lead conversion model.
- Maintain the integrity of the SalesForce Database.
- Answering in-coming sales inquiries and interpreting the customers needs and solutions in order to determine the correct department and person the lead should be forwarded too.
- Establish contact with CCI Systems designated customer contact and maintain all customer activity is documented, scheduled and adhered to per the CCI Systems Marketing and Customer Tracking procedure and process.
- Maintain expert working knowledge of, and be able to communicate CCI brand, competitive differentiators, product, service and integrated solution offerings
- Offer solution support and assistance to CCI Systems designated customer contact personnel through coordination of internal CCI resources
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of CCI marketing, sales and operational processes and procedures as it relates to customer contact and tracking.
- Assist in adapting and modifying processes and systems in accordance with growth and change.
- Quality control and adherence of customer timelines will be maintained and reported through Marketing and the ISS.
Additional Responsibilities include:
- Assist in managing customer service and satisfaction policy and procedure
Processes and Systems Include:
- Assist at time with pre-sales engineering support
- Assist with quoting of labor and materials
- Customer relationship tracking
- Requests for Proposals
- Project change order management
- Customer Resource Management (Salesforce.com)
Position Requirements:
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Applicable experience and education and business -- preferable in sales and technology related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident and works well with others
- Very detailed and organized.
- Proven track record in meeting established goals and objective
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and job functions
